Back on Track introduces the Monroe Jacket , sparkle from inside and out using their Welltex technology.

Sparkle accents are designed along the sleeves and front pockets. Designed with a high-density fabric for extra durability, the thick rib at the neck, hem, and cuffs create a closer fit to prevent the cold air from getting close to your body. The sleeves can also be pushed up if necessary, and the cuff folded over to shorten the sleeves. The Back on Track Logo embroidered on the left arm is in the same color as the main fabric.
